“Cordata Gallery’s newest exhibition, “Modern Meets Primitive,” has its opening from 2–4 p.m. Saturday, July 12, and features work from three local artists: Richard Nash, Brian O’Neill and David Syre. The multimedia exhibition “looks at how modern art can draw strength from the raw, instinctive and ancient.” (Cocoa Laney)
